Heard on NPR - Perspectives on Word-of-Mouth Marketing

NPR had a very interesting segment on “All Things Considered” last night by Neda Ulaby. The segment discussed the increasing importance of viral marketing, social media, blogs, and Word-of-Mouth marketing — the good, bad and questionable practices and reality of marketing in the 21st century.
